Is archives at cair.kaist.ac.kr. closed? I was refused 'anonymous access' to it. 'CAIR' had programs not available at other FTP sites like 'kum.kaist' or 'kids.kotel.co.kr'. (e.g. I could not find 'jstevie' either at kum or at kids). Now, 'cair.kaist.ac.kr' is internationally known Hangul archives so that I hope 'cair' will open before long. werner
